How long does it take to set up?
In most cases we can have you up and running in less than 24 hours.
How does billing work?
You’re invoiced each month for the previous month’s deliveries. Your restaurant collects the delivery fee, tax and tip from the customer up front, then pays us the following month.
Can we subsidize the delivery fee?
Absolutely. Most of our clients set a minimum order amount and subsidize $2–$4 per order to make delivery more affordable, but it’s completely up to you.
Can the restaurant see the driver too?
Yes. You can see every step of the driver’s journey and get detailed, minute-by-minute reporting on every delivery.
Can we deliver orders that come from other sources?
Yes. You can enter an order manually in under a minute and dispatch a driver. Drivers can’t collect payment at the door, so the food must be paid for before dispatch.
