How Does It Work?

  1. We set up your online ordering platform with delivery zones so your customers can order delivery direct from you.
  2. When an order comes in we can auto assign a driver to pick up the food or you can choose to manually assign a driver.
  3. Your customer gets a text alerting them when the food is picked up and provides a link with your logo and branding.
  4. Your customer can track the driver vehicle live until the delivery is completed.

  • How Long Does It Take to Set Up?

    In most cases we can have you up and running in less than 24 hours.

  • How Does Billing Work?

    You will be invoiced every month for the deliveries done the month prior.  Your restaurant collects all money from the customer for the delivery fee, tax and tip ahead of time and you will pay us the following month. 

  • Can We Subsidize the Delivery Fee?

    Absolutely, most of our clients create a minimum order amount and subsidize $2 - $4 per order to make the delivery fee more affordable for the customer but this is flexible and completely up to the restaurant.

  • Can the Restaurant View the Driver or Just the Customer?

    Yes, the restaurant has full access to see every step of the drivers journey. You will also have access to detailed reporting of every delivery that is made minute by minute.

  • Can We Deliver Orders That Come From Other Other Sources?

    You can manually input orders to our system in less than a minute and dispatch drivers from any system, however we are not able to collect money at the door so payment for the food must be completed prior to dispatching a driver.
